Following are the terms of use regarding images, freebies, and tutorials.

ESDA is an artists studio for several employees. Under no circumstances may our graphics be used that are our own display such as our web set. These were designed for ESDA only.

Terms of Use regarding Images

None of the graphics seen here are available for download except those on the freebie page. Under no circumstances may you copy, even in part our designs. Those displayed for Web Designers are under lock and key. They are available only to Web Designers. When they display a set and you receive their set our logo must still be visable and the page must be linked to us. Do not under any circumstances link directly to our images.

Terms of Use regarding Tutorials

Our tutorials are here as a learning aid. They are not to be copied in part or whole. Under no circumstances may a profit be made by our art/tutorials unless the art is modified in such a manner as to be totally unique. If in doubt ask. Occassionally We do change this rule, of no profit under certain circumstances. Tubes and other give aways are not to be used in other tutorials. The image you create is yours, your welcome to use the image online or for other purposes. I do request though that no profit be made by our tutorials.

Please keep in mind all of our designs and graphics are copywrited and owned by ESDA.
